Prepare Tower Cranes for Strong Winds

We have been asked to warn tower crane owners on the East coast of the US the need to ensure that their cranes are at the very least left to 'weathervane' in to follow the wind rather than fight it. 

This in preparation for the bad storms with very high winds that are expected to hit a number of East coast states on Monday and Tuesday this week.
