TheNational Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators(NCCCO) now allows candidates seeking Rigger certifications to take Rigger Level I and Rigger Level II written and practical exams at the same time. Previously, applicants for Rigger Level II were required to first be certified in Rigger Level I before be qualified to apply for Rigger Level II.
