“Using Sims Crane means having less to worry about,” says Michael Foley, President of Royal Aire Mechanical. His company is one of several contractors working on different projects currently underway at Tampa’s St. Joseph’s Hospital

Last Monday, the Oldsmar-based warm air and heating air conditioning contractor used one of our 240-ton Hydraulic All Terrain Cranes for a 5th floor rooftop replacement. The final phase of their project is scheduled to end in June.
BayCare Health System, the company that owns St. Joseph’s Hospital, is currently undertaking major projects to improve its facilities. One of the largest is the expansion of its neonatal intensive care unit. The $75 million building expansion will add 125,000 square feet to the Women’s Hospital. These improvements mean an addition of 24 private suites and space to add another 24 in the future. The project is scheduled to be completed by 2012.
