Skanska, general contractor for the Courtyard Tower and Vertical Expansion projects, celebrated 107,153 accident free man hours (90 days) with a Safety Employee Appreciation BBQ.
It’s easy to see the new Courtyard Tower beginning to take shape in the photo above. When completed in 2013, the patient care tower will have nine state-of-the-art floors replacing the oldest parts of the hospital.

Dueling Cranes
Even from the back of the hospital, you don’t have to crane your neck to see all of the equipment used to construct our new Courtyard Tower. The pair of cranes, pictured above, play a big role in the building of the nine-story structure, scheduled to open in 2013.
