The largest mobile harbor crane in the United States is located in Florida at Port Canaveral and has been in service for two years. The crane was recently relocated to a new multipurpose berth called North Cargo Berth 8. NCB8 was constructed to accommodate up to 2,000 pounds per square foot loading capacity. It’s well suited to support heavy cargo lifts including rocket boosters and other space-related components.
