Industrial Training International is hosting two webinars this month that all of you in the crane, rigging and heavy equipment industry do not want to miss.

First webinar (March 8, 1-3:30 PM EST) is a shortened version of ITI's Lift Director & Site Supervisor Training Course. Intended for anyone involved with mobile crane load charts, rigging and operations, it provides participants with the knowledge and skill to conduct and oversee crane and rigging activities using the ASME B30.5 responsibility methodology.

Course Subjects include :

  • Responsibilities of the Operator, Rigger & Signaler

Industries that call for daily Lift Director involvement and regular use of lift planning include nuclear power, aerospace, defense, shipbuilding, ship repair, power-gen plants, wind energy, mining, construction, oil and gas refineries, steel fabrication and heavy manufacturing.

The second webinar (March 20, 2-3:00 PM EDT) is hosted by ITI's President Mike Parnell, with Jim Worrell as a guest speaker. Mr. Worrell is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Civil Engineering with more than 40 years of experience as a Heavy Lift and Transport Engineer and Project Manager in the petrochemical, heavy industrial and offshore fabrication areas. He is also a life member of ASCE and a former member of SC&RA Crane and Rigging Subcommittee.
