Easy Carmel Frosting Cake...A Sims Safety Department Secret

This recipe slipped out of the safety department, and it sounded so simple, we had to share it with you.  You need just a few ingredients...

1 Can of Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 stick of butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 vanilla sheet cake

Without opening, boil the can of condensed milk for four (4) hours!  Warning, it will be extremely hot!  This should give you plenty time to catch up on Twilight if you are a little behind.  Just don't forget to make the sheet cake during this time.  When you take the can out of the water, open it slowly, away from your face, and mix in the butter and vanilla extract.  Then spread over the sheet cake.  Let cool, then dig in!
